Great pre season tour!
Lose all but the last game, badly most of the time.
Lose Bailey, Gleeson, Hurt, Lester, Parkinson through injury to join Lamb who could not go to the UAE because of injury.
Why not play Burrows (or Sanders)?

Why not play Burrows (or Sanders)?” There was a time when I would’ve bemoaned injuries for one of the teams I support ( Lancs, Liverpool, St Helens) as bad luck. However, I can no longer feel that. I just have no confidence in the coaching , management or administrative staff at OT and go into the season just hoping to enjoy watching league cricket and some good, possibly neutral first class, second eleven or minor counties cricket on a pleasant ground. |

There has been no mention whatsoever about Mahmood and any potential injury even though he didn't play at all in the UAE and wasn't included for the Students game.
Now the first CC game arrives and he isn't in the squad but Footitt is...
