Got that one wrong eh Chris? We all do it ; I never thought Graham Gooch would make a Test cricketer and I think he is England’s finest bat of the last 50 years ; above Root and KP.

Another outstanding day’s work by him today.Probably not relevant to the debate  about the cricketers Lancs let go  as although I always thought he had fantastic potential, he wouldn’t have made the same cricketer at OT.

Well he did probably get the finest hat trick any bowler has had in the history of the Roses match in the men he got out

Certainly was Admin but he always had days with us when he looked like he had got out of bed the wrong side. Looked genuinely quick at times with us and I believe the speed gun showed him to be the quickest in a recent Surrey match with two potential England quicks , Jamie Overton and Atkinson also playing.

When we went off tonight ; watched Surrey v Essex. What a cricketer he is now.
