As I often say on these forums, I know absolutely nothing about 2020 but I would’ve expected Danny Lamb to be cannon fodder in this bizarre form of the game

Glen Chapple has named a 14 man Lancashire Lightning squad for Monday night's Vitality Blast clash at Emerald Headingley.
The fixture will be broadcast live on Sky Sports Cricket (start time 6:35pm).
Keaton Jennings will miss the game through injury (calf) following Friday night's defeat at Trent Bridge where he required a runner whilst batting during the first innings. He did not field during the second innings.
Richard Gleeson (back) is still out, but Steven Croft returns after being ruled out of last week's T20 win over Derbyshire Falcons.

Hasn't bowled all season in any format.
T20 batting this year: 5 innings, 2 not out, 10 runs, HS 4, ave 3.33, balls faced 23, strike rate 43.48 T20 batting career: 12 innings, 5 not out, 77 runs, HS 23, ave 11.0, balls faced 89, strike rate 86.52
Jones (not Bohannon) dropped for Livingstone's return (but came back into team with Jennings' injury.
Parkinson still the worry. Most overs (23) and after last night second highest wicket taker (7) but second worst economy 8.78 rpo (Hurt worst 10.63).

Good point raised by Sky o Livingstone barely played this season, now fast aroaching the stage were he needs to kick on however if he does not get time in the middle won't progess, going to the IPL may turn out to be a massive own goal last year

As I often say on these forums, I know absolutely nothing about 2020 but I would’ve expected Danny Lamb to be cannon fodder in this bizarre form of the game Des, I was surprised when he knocked over the Derbyshire top order (and came back to take their final wicket) twice in the BWT. I always expected his bowling to be "cannon fodder" in the first class game: 2018 (Div One): 28 overs no wickets 5.21 rpo 2019 (Div Two): 26 overs 6 wickets 3.42 rpo that's 54 overs 6 wickets at 4.35 in the championship (essentially due to BB of 4-70 against Glamorgan). 2020 (BWT): 68 overs 12 wickets 2.99 rpo (twice taking 4 wickets in an innings) FC career: 122 overs 18 wickets 3.58 rpo suspect he will struggle in Division One again. (13 of his 18 wickets have been against Glamorgan and Derbyshire).
