“Phil De Freitas has had Covid for 4 weeks” Last time I saw Daffy at an after dinner speech two years ago , he looked very fit still and he will be 55/56 now. This should be a warning to people who think they don’t have to get the vaccine or it only affects old frail people et cetera. 11 months after I had Covid, my doctor sent me for a chest x-ray yesterday deciding that 10 months of a cough was too much. That’s one of seven or eight symptoms. Unfortunately, I think there are lots of twists and turns to go in the Covid saga and I am certainly not counting my chickens for seeing much first-class cricket this year.

Hi everyone pleased to join you.
I see included in the latest news article on a partnership with the council in Lancashire is talk of a new second ground. It sounds more like a new build rather than developing one of the existing out grounds. Would be very expensive for the amount they would use it. They have scaled back the development at OT to save funds so surprising they have ambitious plans like this. Has anyone heard anything about this? Where would a likely location be? Take it is not Sedbergh!
