Lancs on threshold of points deductions if further offences next season:

Sanctions In Respect Of LCCC and Dane Vilas:
10 Subject to the over-riding discretion of the panel, should there be 2 further fixed penalties issued to a Lancashire player within 12 months of today’s date, the Club will be deducted up to either 12 LVCC points (or equivalent), 2 RL points (or equivalent) or 2 Vitality T20 Blast points (or equivalent). The more serious the breach or breaches, the more likely it is that points will be deducted.
11 Should there be one more fixed penalty issued to a Lancashire player in a match being captained by Mr Vilas within 12 months of today’s date, Mr Vilas will serve a one match suspension, that match to be determined by the panel.
Does this mean Dane Vilas will be returning as overseas player?
