Has signed a three and a half year contract as a local player as he holds a British passport so we are able to sign up another overseas player.

That's good news he will be a useful addition to our depleted pace attack. Wonder if he will play in the T20 QF on Friday.

That is a good championship signing. Not sure he will be the answer in T20 however, has a career economy rate of 9.57. By way of comparison:
Bailey 9.46
Lamb 8.61

No frills no nonsense bowler reminds me a bit of Mick I'll bowl all day Malone Was thinking about Malone while watching the first Test, saw every ball that day and was shattered just watching him, I slept well that night! The only other non-spinner I can think of who came close to matching Malone's feat was Courtney Walsh playing for Gloucestershire in a Championship match when he was in his mid/late 30's, mind he was a freak. |
