Does anybody have any idea what the prospect of a prompt start is tomorrow? I'm planning to go. The forecast looks reasonable but I live approximately 10 miles south of Old Trafford and we have had a fair but of rain over the last few days so I am wondering how wet the outfield at Blackpool is. The forecast doesn't seem too bad from around 8pm tonight and all the four days look encouraging. Maybe give Blackpool Cricket Club a ring Alan, they might have a fair idea. Rained yesterday I would assume it’s a sandy base good for drainage No rain forecast as far as I can see Should be OK Don’t forget if you are a member to book your ticket after all that is what the membership card was for, but not now |

He went to Abergavenny , took one catch and captained presumably while they score 333 and we are 113-9 without him batting
We might as well have sent Barnard on his own looking at the scorecard.
