Damn that means it won't be on Youtube, right? I don't know Mickey, I think that's what's happened in the past but the only four day game I can remember Sky covering was the Bob Willis trophy final in 2021 when we got thrashed by Warwickshire. |

We've had games on since then, I'm sure one was last season and the dead rubber against Surrey in 2022. |

Wonder what sort of pitch they'll prepare. Might normally expect one similar to the Surrey pitch with some turn for Lyon, but they won't want a heavily motivated Parky to take a hatful of wickets, so perhaps this will be one game Lyon sits out, and they'll prepare a green seamer in the hope that Parky doesn't get a bowl, especially with some rain around(forecasts vary significantly).
BTW I see Parky batted at no.8 in a recent Kent match and made runs. Either they've got some very good batting coaches, or we had some very bad ones.

George Lavelle playing for Ormskirk home to Rainford on Sat , I’m told. So he was rewarded for his early season second eleven form by carrying drinks for his failing colleagues/ rivals for places at Chelmsford and then being left out of this squad. Maybe he spilt some.
There must be some logic at Lancs but b….d if I can see it.

My understanding is that Lancashire are going to get a share in the ownership of the Manchester Originals. My fear is that this is a step in the direction of county teams merging with franchise teams. |
