www.bbc.co.uk/weather/2643123Decent ish forecast, luckily at work Thurday and away game Saturday so will miss the most of it. So when I'm not around behave yourself and keep the swear words down to a minimum, saves a lot of time when wading through posts. 1 point behind Notts, who have Surrey this week. Could sneak out of the bottom two after this round of games

Decent forecast, all stands open, playing at the weekend so less vehicles on the motorway...what could possibly go wrong?

I understand it's a Kookaburra round so could be difficult to get a result at Old Trafford, but on current form our batsmen could oblige by being rolled over twice.

Surrey, expect Surrey to win easily, even with the kookaburra.

Phil Salt apparently "unlikely to play" NSS. Mahmood may be in line for a white ball call up for England so presumably will be focusing on that as well.

Persuade Durham to allow Michael Jones to play for us on loan? After all he can't get into their team at the mo.....

Iyer has been making Tom Bruce look like Bradman.
We’re supposed to be getting a couple of games out of Anderson aren’t we? If he bowls anything like he did in the first innings against Notts he could be vital.

Was thinking about Anderson for the Blast. Last time we only had Wood and Mahmood as the fast bowlers, Salt Wells Jennings Livingstone Hurst Dockrell Croft Green Hartley Wood Mahmood. 6 spin and 2 fast bowlers.. no wonder we lost to N'hants. Breetzke 76 (31). I suppose Buttler will come in for Green. www.espncricinfo.com/series/t20 ... -scorecard

Went to Lancs site to find out who was playing against Hants and saw 2nd XI was playing against Derbys. Shocked at Blatherwick's figures 15.4-2-65-8!

Anderson won't play for us while the tests are taking place. He might play for us after that as it would be a bit of a waste to get himself fit just to play two matches all season. No chance of him playing for us next season.
Unless the ball swings, Anderson has proved easy to hit in T20.
