I hope we don't hear any whinning from the top brass about how Lancs could have stayed up if the last game wasn't washed out.

Suns out here at Worcester and although relegation is now certain it was a chance to maybe bazball a score or at least give it a go yet at lunch we're 18 for 2 off 9. Sort of encapsulates the whole season. Depressing.

Sort of encapsulates the whole season. Depressing. Our only very slim hope is that Warwickshire now get rolled over twice and we somehow get 400 and win. Unlikely. By the way that woman Aussie commentator is awful.

Now three down. Anson is the worst ceo in club history by a considerable distance. With this squad and coaching we may be in for a long stay in the lower division. Flintoff is not county quality at the moment let alone a number four.

“It says on my laptop that Worcestershire are batting but I assumer there is some mistake and it is the red rose that is wilting.” Some wag on Guardian blog on seeing Worcs 4 down said “ How many were Lancs all out for”. OE, Richard Clarke in The Cricket Paper last Sunday wrote a really nice article about Joe Leach and Luke Fletcher. I heard Luke Fletcher on the Notts commentary earlier, he's always entertaining. Apparently he was a bit of a state when he first joined the staff and Wayne Noon, one of their coaches at the time, said to him, "Fletch, I don't mind you carrying a bit of weight but you can't be as fat as a pig." It's hard to dislike someone who'll tell stories like that about himself.

I've enjoyed watching Phillip and Balderson batting. Phillip has really applied himself in his short spell as an overseas, puts Iyer in particular to shame.

177 all out and relegated.
Was going to say that I hope Lancashire stay focused because is looking like it could be an exciting game but player now going off for bad light.
