The thread for all things in the caught slogging to cow corner league, we have a shed load of fixtures in the next month mostly meaningless however it does make money for those in charge of the club.

Interesting that there is a break for 1/2 CC games before it re-commences in August though.

Chapple clearly thinks Lilley is a better batsman than Brown.

They have another two 20/20 against India then three ODIs so doubt it I was thinking more long term. There are another 3 fixtures before the end of the ODI series on 17th July. There is then a window before the first test starting on 1st August.
In that window there are 2 x T20 matches then the Roses championship match and then 2 more T20 matches. All 5 at the call of the ECB. It would be ironic if they release him to play the championship match but not the T20s.
