Impressed me when I saw him in the seconds for Notts at Aigburth. hardly a coincidence but he reduced Lancs to 2-2 bowling Davies and Croft in the recent T20 against Notts and scored 66 when coming in at 119/6 and took 5/72 against Lancs in the championship when on loan for Northants earlier this year.

replaced by his franchise due to injury. Could he also be missing for the championship on 30th August (and the T20 QF)?

Does anybody know what the injury was that made him withdraw from the Trent Rockets?
Wondering whether he is going to be available for the T20 qf or the championship game against Warwickshire next week.

One media report said out for the season but perhaps that meant the Hundred season I did e-mail the club earlier in the week suggesting that they post an update on the website on the status of key players currently on the injury list (Jennings, Wood & Gleeson). I think this would have been a worthy article in the gap between our exit from the One Day Cup and the T20 QF when there has been no first team cricket ahead of a very important few weeks.

Anyone in particular? Gidney? He would normally delegating emails. Or From LinkedIn (so I don’t think it’s a secret): James Price is Head of Communications. Christian Mullarkey is Head of Marketing.
These days not sure where the website stands Marketing or Communications!

I contacted membership enquires. I got a reply saying "We have forwarded your email onto the relevant department in regards to players updates". I assumed this was Ken Grime.

also not 'sold' in the IPL auction today

also not 'sold' in the IPL auction today Though Phil Salt was picked up by Delhi Capitals. Great for him but potentially he could now miss 9 CC and 4 VB group games. The IPL goes on until May 28 then England have a rack of white ball fixtures from late August till the end of the season. Chuck in the 1** and he may only be available June and July. This is a major problem if a County aims too high, they end up with a player they hardly see...I seem to remember another wicketkeeper who followed a similar path!

Easy to forget he does occasionally play for Lancs... got some tap in the first T20 but bowled well after that. A real handful with the white ball.
