I've sorted out a trip to the game v. Warwickshire at Edgbaston in June, really looking forward to it.

Tea interval in Dubai against the students: 232/0 (59 overs) 31 overs remain. Balderson, Jennings, (both 40+) Vilas (50+) retired out, Bohannon and Salt still there. Wells rested with slight back problem. Even without Parkinson, Mahmood, Anderson and Hasan Ali expect it to be different tomorrow.

The interesting selection will be who is at no.7 - it was where Livingstone and Bohannon made ther debut but last season it started off as Luke Wood. Maybe Balderson this year?
Presumably Joe Mennie is not far off a UK Passport?

Completely agree Oldham Exile. I’m quite looking forward to 3 weeks of watching cricket in succession in July. Lancashire v Somerset at Southport, Somerset v Yorkshire at Taunton, and Yorkshire v Hampshire at Scarborough. Yes, I would prefer to be watching Lancashire at Taunton and Scarborough but you have to take what little you can these days. I have same problem with Oldham Exile here- not enough cricket at weekends.I have booked time off from work to watch Gloucestershire vs Lancashire at Bristol in June, and home matches against Essex, Warwickshire and Surrey.
