Not tweeted congratulations for yesterday. Not tweeted anything on Lancs since 22nd June.
Is he good enough bowler to carry the spin options at S&B with Wells, or should Morley stay in the team?

Is he good enough bowler to carry the spin options at S&B with Wells, or should Morley stay in the team? More of a batter but I’d imagine he would be good enough as a specialist spinner. India see him as an all-rounder at test level. Southport and Northants could be two spinners though depending on the weather. |

I've got reservations about signing an overseas for the RLC which I now see as a development competition. With most teams missing five to six players it is clearly devalued. I would sooner see the likes of Bell, Lavelle, Morley given opportunities than play an overseas player and accept that we wont do as well in the competition.

We could and possibly will pick the current championship side playing today with Lamb in for Wood and Morley for Parkinson and it would only have Morley who you would consider a developing player.
It depends how keen they are to chase a cup given how the t20 final went and our chances of catching surrey and Hampshire in the championship.
