Miracle required three points behind the top three one of whom we play tomorrow, get a win and we may be back in business, still got the best run rate in the North section but throwing games away that is going to cost us big time, any news will appear on here

Same squad as for Leicestershire game Same XI as the Leicester game, Brown, Bailey and Croft miss out. Fourth white ball match for Rob Jones after not batting in the last game and not in either of his T20 matches last year - will he finally get a go?
Critchley plays for Derbyshire but not Luis Reece.

Win it is however both Worcs and Warwick win so that gives them 10 points Notts on 9 Yorkshire on seven with us Yorkshire have a game in hand. Fat lady not quite singing Lancs are out, as they can only get 9 points. Warwicks and Worcs are on 10, Notts 9 and Derby 8 but Notts and Derby play eachother in the last round. So one of them (as well as Worcs & warwicks) must finish ahead of Lancs even if it's a washout.

Thanks Chris dead game for us Tuesday then Dead as any Roses match will be. Actually, good job it's a Roses match as will most tickets will already be sold. Lancs will just have to explain to the crowd the only point to the game is to try and make sure Yorkshire can't qualify either. Might make a lot of the crowd happy.
A win from any of the other games against Notts, Worcester or Northants all of which were winable 3/4ers into the match might have been enough. Batting collapse against Notts (from 288/5 after selecting too many bowlers), bowling melt downs against Worcester (100 partnership for 8th wicket at 6+ an over, won off 2 wides off last ball) and Northants (16 scored off 47th over when only 33 needed off 4 leading to win with 1 ball left).
