Surely these fixtures aren’t correct, there’s no mention of a Champinship match with Yorkshire.
Oh hang on a minute………..😀

Some changes for this season
Five points for a draw - a return to pre-pandemic levels
Teams will now need to score 250 inside 110 overs in the first innings (an increase from 200) to achieve one bonus point, rising by increments of 50 to 450 for the maximum of five.
Kookaburra balls to be used during two rounds of the Championship, between June 25-28 and July 10-13
Counties can register four overseas players at the same time - up from three - but only two such players can play in any given game.
Also the structure of the 2024 English season looks set to be broadly similar to that for 2023

The Cricketer reporting the three championship games on Sky as a good thing, I'm less sure given those games would be free to view on youtube rather than behind the Sky pay wall if they weren't being shown.

You're going to have to do this for every day you want to go. You also have to select a seat as well!Who on earth thinks this is a good idea?

Reason why I didn't bother what's the point of having to order a ticket if you have a membership card are they expecting 20,000 for the Surrey game?

Just received the same email. This is scandalous. Who decided this and when?. Rest assured, as a member for 50 years, I shall not be booking any tickets in advance for championship games at OT and this, very sadly, signals the end of my watching Lancashire. I'll just watch 2nd team games instead, until they demand advance boking for those games, of course.
As with all these increasing government, regulatory and administrative authoritarian mandates, as we move into a post-democratic period, do not comply.
If we all went on strike and refused to book these tickets, with the team playing in an empty stadium, the club will be forced to change their position.
