Daryl Mitchell has been an excellent signing.
I spent some time in New Zealand during the winter. When I was queueing for tickets for the Wellington test, I got into conversation with one of the locals and I asked him about our overseas signings. On Mitchell he said "Daryl Mitchell is a fantastic cricketer, he'll get runs for you in every format, he can score really quickly and he bowls you know, he's marvellous". On CDG he said "Mmmm, not sure how he'll do, you'll have to see how he goes over there".

Pretty good judge that guy.
I hope we can get Mitchell back again. Apart from being a real talent he looks like he gives us everything he's got and is completely committed to the cause.
Age has just caught up with CDG wouldn't be surprised if he calls it a day when he finishes with us.
