2019 squad announced the other day.
New intake:
George Bell Alderley Edge CC
Ali Chugtai Monton and Weaste CC
JJ Fielding Ramsbottom CC
Robert Lord Clifton CC
Subhaan Mahmood Cheadle CC
Praharsh Parikh Winton CC
Ffinlo Smith Rainford CC
All making the step up from the EPP
Others remaining in the academy are:
Ed Fluck, George Balderson, Sam Perry, Jamie Crawley, Jack Morley and Sam Dorsey. Latter two play at Clifton other four all play their club cricket in Cheshire.
Assuming Lavelle has a contract, only player to miss out is Ramsbottom's Rehan Udwadia.

Seen JJ Fielding play a few times for Rammy. In fact I think I was there when he scored his first senior 50 for them. Good to see him taking the next step up

Jack Morley,17, (Heywood CC) and Tom Hartley,20, (Ormskirk CC) have signed one year pro contracts with Lancashire.
Morley has been playing for England under 19s over the winter.
Both played for the seconds last summer.

Hartley, batting at 8 scored a not out 70 odd against the USA. Not a bad start!

Needless to say the club website still ignoring the match. Like watching and reporting on two plus overs of cricket at old trafford.

Lancashire Academy played Shropshire Development at the end of August.
Looks like they may have also played Cheshire Development yesterday, although Urmston twitter account only report a delayed start. Nothing on play cricket so probably abandoned due to rain.

Academy announced for 2022:
more or less same as last year:
2 out 2 in (if you don’t count Geroge Bell as an out).
Two Myerscough students out: Luke Young and Alec McLoughlin
Two yougsters from Hyde CC in: Charlie Barnard (SLA) previously played for Cheshire Age Groups and Keshana Fonseka (Bolton School and Lancs EPP and already on his third cricket club maybe aged 16!)
