Dare we hope for Scarborough again? I’m taking my usual view of expecting disappointment and that way I won’t be disappointed.

I like conferences, all 18 teams have a chance to win the championship and the Bob Willis Cup.
I wonder what division two and three to play for?
Dates of tournament- will it be in April, May, and September?

Dates of tournament- will it be in April, May, and September? Would assume the first group stages April- June next round September heard a rumour final is in October, as for getting in to games be positive I think we will unless we are under lock down for the 87th time. Personal view think they have to give it a go, only doing it this way due to uncertainty due to Covid, but suspect it is the future happy with the 14 games. #Still undecided on membership do not want two bricks in the wall

A little news in the latest Private Eye (no.1533) that cricket fans reading newspaper reports on next year's county championship will be disappointed. The Evil Cricket Board (ECB) has made around a dozen of cricket journalist redundant citing budget cuts following coronavirus. Next summer there will be only 6 journalists following all 18 counties. Private Eye quotes: 'ECB failure to promote the more traditional four day county game has be questioned, at the time when it is spending £40 million on the first season of unwanted pet project The 100' An unemployed cricket hack said,' You could fund the entire ECB Reporters Network with just a fraction of what Shane Warne spends his hair weave.'
I've just seen admin post in Out Of Season just now

“Dare we hope for Scarborough again? I’m taking my usual view of expecting disappointment and that way I won’t be disappointed.” It worked. Not entirely convinced we’ll be allowed full grounds even then
