Hope his recovery is going well. He only had one spell in the first innings of the current second XI match and hasn't bowled at all in the second.

I went yesterday and was hoping to see him bowl a few overs but obviously he is taking very small baby steps at the moment though he was in the field throughout the Middlesex first and second innings. BTW Athers son looks a very neat and tidy player. |

Delighted for Gleeson really hope gets a game really deserves it. Stuck at it always hoping his chance to be a pro cricketer would come and finally got picked up by Northamptonshire in his late twenties. To the lose a couple of seasons through a stress fracture and be down to only t20 contract you feel for him. He has fought back again has been superb and is showing what a fine bowler he is.
