Tim David - maybe one of the best international cricketers ever from Singapore?
Don’t quite understand how the Lancashire website can describe him as an allrounder:
never bowled for Surrey last year, or in the Hundred or in his 1 game in the IPL.
3 overs in 11 matches in the PSL but no wickets
1 over in 12 matches in the Caribbean T20 but no wickets
20 overs in over 40 matches in the Big Bash 2 wickets, aver 96, econ 8.5
He did have a couple of season playing for South Shields the second one reasonably successfully with both bat and ball.
Welcome to the new world, he doesn’t seem to have ever played a first class game of cricket. But what does that matter!
Lancs don’t say so, but presumably he replaces the Finn Allen (last year’s crowded top order experiment) and will play alongside Vilas as our second T20 overseas player.
