Credit to Duke and their 1st slip, they (eventually) applauded an uncontracted 18 year old reaching his maiden century at this level with a six. Revis looked a bit grumpy.

370-4 good score after being put in to bat. No Luke Wood, could be pencilled in for a return to Trent Bridge with the first team.

I think he said he would play Essex, Somerset (a) get a rest last week when Lancashire didn't have a game and then play against Notts and Somerset (h). After the Somerset game there is a break from championship cricket when the T20 starts,

Was traditionally a good ground for him at one time. I remember , however, seeing him get quite a pelting from Wessels at Trent Bridge in 2014 and thinking he was finished. It was early season and after a hiding in Australia. How wrong I was.

Yorkshire seen off fairly comprehensively in three days for the 2nds' third straight win. Glad they gave Shetty a chance to open, 44* form 73/0
I see Subhaan Mahmood down as playing for SACA this week against Sussex. Clear indication Lancashire no longer interested.

Derbyshire @ Chesterfield 4 days Chesterfield's main ground, Queen's Park, includes a pavilion, 3 artificial and 2 grass net facilities.[3] Queen's Park has a proud history of annually hoasting 1st Class recreation matches between 1898 - 1998.[4] On the 26 June 1948, Queen's Park hosted a County Championship match between Derbyshire and Yorkshire with a record 14,000 spectators packed into the ground.[5] Today, Chesterfield Cricket Club's 1st and 2nd XI teams use the Queen's Park pitch, rated by the Derbyshire County Cricket League as a Grade A+ ground, and the club's 3rd XI team use a pitch south of Chesterfield on Deer Park, Wingerworth, rated as a Grade B ground.[6] Doubt whether there will be much play today

Noticed on the club website both Parky and Rob Jones are in the second XI squad for the Derbyshire game so I am assuming that they are not in the plans for the Somerset game starting on Thursday.
