Well, last year it was the 29th November

With the ever earlier start dates, if they release them much later the first games will be over before the fixtures are announced

A glimpse into the future no games at Old Trafford in August

I've highlighted fixtures that will be played over the weekend. Majority of CC matches after 20th May starts on Monday or Tuesday. At moment, no matches will be played at Blackpool or Southport.

Oh yes, on the BBC website, our first match of the season will be against Loughborough MCCU on Friday, 5th April.

The Lancs Website has ommitted the first class game on 5th April against the Loughborough Students.

I feel as though someone has checked my diary to ensure that my son can’t get to any Championship matches.

Equally as sad as that, is that he probably won’t mind anywhere near as much as I do. The ECB are winning the battle for his support. As long as he gets to the T20 games he and they will be happy.

Just seen this: www.bbc.co.uk/sport/cricket/english-mcc-university/fixtures looks like the Lancashire game will not be first class, as Loughborough play two matches in March.  They might as well play 15 a side, 100 ball, last over counts double, no lbws and one hand one bounce.

Is it me? Or how can the club try and sell tickets without giving start times? Do all weekend T20 matches start at 2pm, or 2.30pm all weekday matches start at 5.30, 6pm or 6.30pm? Isn't that sensible information to put on a website regarding a match that you are trying to sell tickets for?

According to BBC website (https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/cricket/teams/lancashire/fixtures) all RL50 matches starts at 11am. However venues and start times are subject to change.

That would make sense though Chris.

Would imagine the T20 games are 1430 starts on weekends/Bank Hol Monday and 1830 for other games.
