I seem to remember a pub called the Bat and Ball close to the ground which was good for a pint during munch, or at close of play. Lots of Shepherd Neame pubs which can be a bit average in my experience, better than Greene King but that's not saying much. |

Should turn. Chahlal and Nijjar took most of Kent's wickets in the last championship game at Canterbury. Wells might get a lot of overs.
