Can only think we chose to bat because we think this slow cart track of a worn pitch will be even worse second dig but it does look an odd decision.

Afraid not: 177 a/o. I don't think we've read this pitch correctly at all. Because a heap of runs were scored on it in the last match, we've assumed it would still be flat but it hasn't been. By the time we came to terms with it, we'd lost too many wickets. The only slight hope is that the pitch will be even worse for Gloucs to bat on but it's a slim chance.

177 ao. Good effort from Tom Aspinwall, he reminds me of Ian Austin with his yorkers and aggressive batting.

Hammond's career best, I wonder how many players can say that their CB is against Lancashire?
Bell bowls at least two full tosses each and every over.
Commentator claimed it was a 350 pitch, as proved as Glos got 181 / 2 in less than 25 overs.
Can't wait to read what Ken Grime has to say.
