No mention of Anderson in the Lancs website article. Lancs must know. Yorkshire posted this ages ago. I think it means they know he isn't available! Yes, but Phil, my point is that Yorkshire communicated with their members and supporters last month to say that Brook was available for games 1-5, and Root was available for games 2-5 and 7.
Benkenstein must be in communication with Anderson and the ECB, and will know now that Anderson is available for, say, games 3, 5 and 7. Or perhaps Anderson doesn't know himself and is expecting to simply give the coach 2 days notice that he'd like to play?
Otherwise, I am not sure why anyone would want a job in communication and not want to communicate. Why aren't they banging on someone's door to say "what can I say about this or that". They don't show the least interest in making information public. The heirarchy must hate their members and supporters to actively want to keep them so uninformed.
When or if those people who work in comms for LCCC go for an interview to progress their career externally, they must surely realise that having Lancashire Comms Team on their CV for any length of time is hardly providing evidence that they have an understanding of communication.

Squad Keaton Jennings (c), Tom Aspinwall, Tom Bailey, George Balderson, George Bell, Josh Bohannon, Josh Boyden, Tom Bruce, Tom Hartley, Matthew Hurst, Nathan Lyon, Luke Wells, Will Williams
Can't see Lyon and Hartley both playing....forecast fair for Friday assuming, the ground can handle the overnight rain. Saturday is forecast high winds and a storm...

I was planning to go either today or tomorrow but the combination of the weather forecast and the train strike has put me off.

I am also a flexi member, my understanding is that once the ticket is booked it is counted as used unless there is no play. I would suggest phoning/ e-mailing the ticket office to try and cancel it.

Thanks, I thought that might be the case. I live locally, so I might go anyway as it is the first of the season. I'll check at the ticket office when I'm there.
