No, they won't. I see that Parkinson has thanked the Lancs members and wished his team mates well but has nothing to say about the Lancs management.

Parky did pass just below me when I was in the pavilion briefly and was tempted to say something but didn’t trust myself not to go into a rant about man management. I’ve no proof of course other than a strong smell and previous form.
Chilton was there Monday ; didn’t notice him yesterday.

I don't think we will see Parky play another 4 day game for us. He is far too much of a risk. Might take another five for, win us a game and cause massive embarrassment for our management.

There may well be other issues involved as well, but we have to be frank that he didn't bowl as well last season as in previous years. For whatever reason, I haven't seen him bowl a googly for a long time, which has made him one-dimensional and allowed batsmen to line him up. If you don't offer much as a batsman or fielder then you have to be a top-class bowler(eg. Jimmy). Parky was top class but isn't at the moment which makes him difficult to pick, unless it's a 'bunsen burner'.
It's a shame he's leaving but it was becoming inevitable. I'm not sure we will seek a replacement for the championship. How many turning pitches do we play on and Hartley showed last season against Surrey that he can take wickets when we do. We may sign a replacement for T20.

If a player loses form then shouldn't the coaching staff should help him to regain it rather than throwing him overboard especially when we have no replacement.
Last season it was Morley that was picked for CC ahead of Hartley until September when Hartley played his 1st game. He had a good game against Surrey - 8 wickets - but only got 3 more in his other two games.
This season his bowling average off a total of 5 wickets is 50+ with a strike rate of 120 balls.
Only two Lancs's players this season have taken 5 wickets in an innings - Parkinson and Bailey!
