Assuming Mitchell is back, what other changes should be made for the next match away to Warwickshire?

Assuming Mitchell is back, what other changes should be made for the next match away to Warwickshire I would go with:
Jennings, Wells, Bohannon, Balderson, Mitchell, Jones, Salt, Wood, Bailey, Williams, Morley

Is Croft injured? Or should we be looking to move on from him, same as Vilas?

Croft hasn't played in the last three CC games and his average for the others is just 23... I'd go Hartley over Morley more in the basis of his better batting.

I'd go Hartley over Morley more in the basis of his better batting. I think we need a spinner who takes wickets in the side. Hartley hasn't delivered this in the seven games he's played this year. Unfortunately Parky has been moved on so I think we should give Jack Morley a chance. With Salt batting at 7 a tail of Wood, Bailey, Williams, Morley is okay.

Yes, I'd agree with that: one of the ironies of the Blackpool game is that our downfall was in no small part due to Matt Critchley, a Lancs reject (wrongly described on the Lancs website as an "off-spinner") rather than to the world-class Simon Harmer. As for Croft, regretfully, I think his time in the CC is almost done.

I agree with this starting XI Alan, but if Balderson is going to be our fourth seamer I would have him coming in at 7 and push the other 3 up a place. Salt has slotted in fine at 6 this season and it's now time to see if Jones can cement a place at 5, especially with middle order places up for grabs next season. I also think it would be handy Balderson coming in at 7 against a possible new ball (80 overs) after his experience opening the batting. It's now time to find out if Morley has a part to play in the first team, give him a run and let's see what he's got...BTW I'm not sure whether Wood will be in the plans or not, I keep getting mixed messages about his preference for the white ball.

Does anyone know which players have Hundred gigs this season? I think there were about ten in 2022.

Does anyone know which players have Hundred gigs this season? I think there were about ten in 2022. Eight, which is the same as last year. Only change is that Wells is off to a franchise rather than Parkinson.
Gleeson, Buttler, Salt, Livingstone, Wood, Hartley, Wells plus Mahmood (although he is injured and has been replaced by his franchise). Plus Mitchell but his contract was always due to end before then.

Perhaps ironically, Mitchell getting called up as a replacement follwing Maxwell's withdrawal, we are probably going to benefit as he has a week to fill before that during which he can fit in the Warwickshire match.
Surrey losing 12 domestic players inc the injured Pope, Notts, Yorkshire and Hampshire 9, Lancashire, Somerset and Warwickshire 8, at the other end of the scale Northants, Leicestershire and Glamorgan only 2.

I think Vilas was called up as well last season, as he didn't play in our first six RL50 games.
I wonder if Gleeson will be fit enough? Wasn't he meant to come into our T20 team later on?
Wells a bit of a blow as he made five scores between 47 and 88 in 2022.
(I suppose this shouldn't be in the Warwickshire thread, maybe Admin would like to stick it somewhere else).

No it's OK as it's to do with team selection, think Mitchell is playing this week, the bowling is the worry outside Bailey and Williams at Nlackpool the back up bowling looked thin to say the least

(I suppose this shouldn't be in the Warwickshire thread, maybe Admin would like to stick it somewhere else). Vilas missed the start of the RL50 last year as he was injured.
Maybe thinking of 2021 when he played a handful of franchise games a concussion replacement.
Nto sure when players will leave their counties probably available this week not next week.
